Todd married his lovely wife and partner in life, Lisa, in 1997. True to the dedication of his family, “Salt Creek” was coined from using the first initial of each family member’s name; Sam, Alli, Lisa, Todd.

He entered the Mortgage Industry in 1997 and has enjoyed an immensely rewarding career. As the Loan Advisor and Branch Manager of the Salt Creek Mortgage Team, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise to the community he serves. His unique approach to his business is built on relationships. Through aligning his business with community and industry professionals he has earned clients for life and has been an advocate for his referral partners in growing their respective businesses.

Dani has a background in product development, marketing, sales, and operations. She has held a diverse set of roles including Legal Assistant, Bankruptcy Specialist, and Business Owner. She joined the team in March of 2020 and has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the mortgage industry.

As the Transaction Coordinator, she ensures the efficient progression of every loan and keeps clients informed as each milestone is passed. Her top priority is that you, the client, feel confident and stress free from application to close.

Steph jumped into the mortgage world in the summer of 1998, right after graduating high school. She has enjoyed a robust, versatile career and has had the opportunity to work as an Originator, Processor, Closer, Transaction Coordinator, Lender Account Manager, Lender Account Rep, and Closer. These roles have provided her with the experience and knowledge that enables her to understand nearly every area of the mortgage industry.

As our Upfront Underwriting Partner, Steph utilizes her industry knowledge, experience, and expertise to ensure a solid Pre- Approval and prepare your loan for the underwriting process. She works alongside Todd to perform an in-depth analysis to guarantee “each piece of the puzzle” is in place to maximize your home financing.
